We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Sale or discounted items, innerwear, and customised products are non-returnable unless defective

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
